Job summary

The Kingfisher at Premium Country Pubs is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a kitchen and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards. You’ll instill passion and manage all kitchen operations to keep guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities include training, menu execution, stock control and ensuring health & hygiene compliance. Onsite accommodation (1 bedroom) is available as an optional benefit, with Mitchells & Butlers supporting your development and rewards.

As Head Chef at the Kingfisher you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of.
