Job summary

The Flying Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that delivers high‑quality, consistently excellent food and to inspire a talented team.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive menu execution, stock control and compliance with health and hygiene standards, and nurture guest satisfaction. Onsite accommodation (1 bedroom) is available, plus staff discounts and pension benefits.

As Head Chef at the Flying Horse you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
