Premium Country Pubs' Kingfisher is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen you can be proud of, inspiring your team and delivering dishes of the highest standard in a premium pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior sous chef in premium pubs.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen to high standards.
• Solid understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver high quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction with targets.
• Manage kitchen operations: ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
