Mitchells & Butlers Castle is seeking a Head Chef to lead a premium kitchen, inspiring the team and delivering meals of the highest standard. Based at Wakefield, you will guide kitchen operations and uphold exceptional quality.

You will manage ordering, prep and stock, work with a branded menu and ensure rigorous health and hygiene standards while driving guest satisfaction.
