Royal Oak in Oxford is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that prides itself on high standards. You’ll inspire your team, drive excellence, and manage all areas of the kitchen to ensure guests are delighted with every dish.

You’ll work with a branded menu, monitor health and hygiene, and push sales and guest satisfaction. This role offers a generous bonus scheme, development opportunities, and an extensive benefits package.

As Head Chef at the Royal Oak you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
