Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Oxford is seeking a Head Chef at the Jericho to lead a kitchen built on pride and consistency. You will inspire your team and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the highest standards while driving guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, from food ordering and stock control to health and hygiene compliance, working with a branded menu and a team that delivers outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven head chef experience and leadership capabilities.
• Strong focus on high culinary standards and guest satisfaction.
• Experience working with branded menus and cross-location consistency.
