Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Head Chef for The Flying Horse, leading a premium kitchen and inspiring your team to deliver dishes of the highest standard. You will manage all kitchen operations and work with branded menus to maintain excellence.

You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and benefit from strong development opportunities and a rewarding rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or similar role in premium pubs.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
• Manage food orders, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
