Job summary

The Flying Horse, part of Premium Country Pubs under Mitchells & Butler s, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen committed to top standards and to inspire a talented team in the UK.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive menu execution, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining health and safety compliance. Optional onsite accommodation is available, along with a generous benefits package.

As Head Chef at the Flying Horse you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
