Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager in Berwick-upon-Tweed to lead an energetic kitchen team, cook, coach, and inspire high standards across daily operations. You will manage schedules, budgets, and guest satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance.

Lead from the front, hit performance targets, and develop your team through training and feedback. Enjoy comprehensive training, on-site accommodation (subject to availability), and an annual bonus up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in kitchen management or senior chef roles.
• Experience managing budgets and resources in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
