Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a motivated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will be hands-on, cooking, coaching, and inspiring the team to meet targets while upholding high standards.

Responsibilities include managing daily ops, budgets, safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and fully funded qualifications. Onsite accommodation may be available, with a bonus structure in place.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and resources
