Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a busy kitchen, hands-on from the front and driving excellence in guest dining experiences. You will coach a dynamic team, manage daily operations and budgets, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Position: Kitchen Team Manager
Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• Lead and motivate your kitchen team to deliver excellence and hit performance targets
• Ensure brilliant guest experiences by solving problems fast and driving a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to keep operations smooth and efficientCoach and develop your team through regular feedback, training, and growth opportunities
• Champion health, safety, and compliance across all operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef)
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification (desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and resources
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
