Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen at the Horse & Jockey. You will inspire the team, uphold the highest standards of food quality, and manage all kitchen operations to ensure guests keep coming back.

You will drive sales and guest satisfaction, oversee ordering, prep, stock, and compliance with health and hygiene rules, while delivering a branded dining experience across our pub group.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy kitchen.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
