Slim Chickens Bath, part of Boparan Restaurant Group, is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced, customer‑focused setting.

You’ll drive food safety, consistency and staff development while collaborating with Front of House to ensure seamless service. Weekend and late shifts are required and you’ll help nurture a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and organise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Managing inventory, monitoring stock, and timely ordering of supplies
• Collaborating with Front of House to ensure seamless service
• Handling kitchen issues and resolving them promptly
• Supporting staff training and development
