Slim Chickens Bath is hiring a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and ensure high standards of food preparation and safety. You will manage inventory, train staff, and work closely with the Front of House team to deliver smooth service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a kitchen or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure consistent food prep and quality.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and arrange timely orders.
• Coordinate with Front of House to ensure seamless service.
• Resolve kitchen-related issues quickly to keep operations smooth.
• Support training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Create a positive, productive kitchen environment.
