Slim Chickens is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to oversee all kitchen operations at our Broughton Drive Through. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure high-quality chicken dishes, and manage inventory while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent organisation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Weekend and holiday availability is expected as we operate in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a team.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure efficient food prep.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock, and coordinate timely orders.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless service.
• Address kitchen issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Support staff training and development to uphold BRG standards.
• Foster a positive, productive kitchen environment.
