Job summary

Nicholsons is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspiring the team and ensuring all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the highest standards. You will manage every aspect of the kitchen, train staff, control stock and ordering, and work with a branded menu to delight guests.
