Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspiring your team and delivering high standards across classic British pub dishes and seasonal specials. You’ll manage all kitchen operations, maintain quality, control stock and costs, and work with a branded menu to delight guests.
