Clachan Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, delivering consistent quality.

Join Nicholson’s pubs and lead the team to uphold high standards of service, manage ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while embodying friendly British hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams
• Ability to manage stock and cost controls
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
