Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader at the Mitre pub in Cambridge to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and lead a team to deliver great food.

You’ll train Chefs, manage stock and orders, ensure branded menus are followed, and maintain high health and hygiene standards while driving performance and guest satisfaction. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Mitre, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proudof. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food andtraining great people.
