Job summary

Insight Select Limited in Tonbridge, Kent is seeking an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join our established family-run kitchen business known for quality and service. The role blends kitchen design, consultative sales and project management to turn ideas into practical, beautiful kitchens.

You will manage projects from initial consultation through to quotation, presentation and installation, build lasting customer relationships and work toward quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen design experience — essential.
• Experience using Articad and/or Easyquote, ideally.
• Good knowledge of kitchen installations and associated preparation works, including plumbing, electrics and plastering.
• Previous customer-facing sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence engaging with customers and presenting designs.
• A creative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and project management abilities.
• A genuine interest in kitchens, interiors or DIY.
• A clean driving licence.
• A commercially minded approach with the motivation to close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Sales Designer

Salary:30-35,000 + Commission

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join an established, successful family-run kitchen business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.

This is a varied role combining kitchen design, consultative sales and project management, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and turn their ideas into practical, beautiful kitchen designs.

You will be responsible for managing projects from the initial customer consultation and design through to quotation, presentation and installation, while developing strong customer relationships and working towards quarterly sales targets.

The role is 5 days per week, with one weekend day required on a rota basis
