Job summary

Magnet’s Hitchin showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation. You’ll craft tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

In this role you will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens that balance creativity with commercial value, and manage your pipeline with home visits and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom/home improvement design or showroom sales.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence purchase decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales.
• Design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value.
• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish.
