Esher Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and manage your pipeline from initial contact to installation, with a focus on hitting sales targets and margin protection.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
