Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery in Cheltenham is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer with CAD experience. The role focuses on listening to customers, guiding them through the journey, and converting interest into sales while delivering bespoke kitchen designs using CAD.

You will work Monday to Friday with Saturdays mornings on a rotational basis, enjoy uncapped commission, and participate in schemes like Save-as-you-earn.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license with business insurance is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPI’s.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tradespeople and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and deliver excellent customer service to trade customers and homeowners.
• Build and grow a customer base to meet targets and collaborate with Travis Perkins Colleagues.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Visit clients on-site to capture requirements and present CAD designs.
