Job summary

Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd. is seeking a confident, customer-focused K&B Showroom Consultant to join our Kitchen & Bath team in the showroom. You will assist customers face-to-face, over the phone or by email, providing friendly, knowledgeable support from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, offer product advice, prepare quotations and follow up enquiries, while aiming to grow K&B sales and ensure the right solutions for each project.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering great customer service.
• Strong sales focus with ability to identify and act on upsell opportunities.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and explain products clearly.
• Organised worker able to manage multiple enquiries, quotations and orders.

Responsibilities
