You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and advise on timber, building materials, and showroom products with emphasis on kitchen and bathroom solutions. Your role includes creating practical and attractive designs, preparing quotations, and managing orders from enquiry to completion while maintaining displays and following up leads to help achieve sales targets in line with our

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and understand customer requirements.
• Proficiency in Sales with consultative selling and achieving targets.
• Experience or training in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design.
• Basic numeracy and IT skills with confidence using design software, CRM, and standard applications.
• Showroom, retail, or building materials experience and knowledge of timber/construction products.
• On-site work in Doncaster and ability to manage multiple projects with colleagues and partners.
• Flexible, proactive approach aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and provide professional advice on timber and showroom products, focusing on kitchen/bath solutions.
• Create practical and visually appealing designs and prepare quotations.
• Manage orders from initial enquiry through to completion; maintain showroom displays.
• Follow up leads, aim for sales targets, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues, suppliers, and installation partners to deliver high-quality service.
