Job summary

B&Q Southend is looking for a Showroom Advisor to help customers translate kitchen and bathroom ideas into real projects. You’ll ask questions, explore options, and present financing, products and installation choices. You’ll design with software to bring ideas to life and guide customers from inspiration through delivery.

The role is full-time (36.45 hours weekly), with shifts across Monday to Sunday (7.00am–10.00pm). You’ll join a team that values service, design, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convert designs into sales and meet targets.
• Comfortable using technology and design software.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and propose finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers virtually and face to face.
