Job summary

Impact Recruitment in Northampton is seeking a personable, proactive Showroom Sales Advisor to join a well-established showroom team. You will greet customers, provide product insight, and guide them from their first visit through to final purchase, ensuring confidence and satisfaction with their choices.

Full training is provided by a showroom specialist. The role offers a competitive salary (£29,000–£30,000 DOE), a quarterly bonus, pension, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail showroom or sales experience preferred.
• Interest in design, home interiors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and ability to work in a busy environment.
• Competent computer skills.
• Full driving licence and access to an insured vehicle.
• Experience in kitchen or bathroom design is a bonus; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and offer clear, informed product advice.
• Guide customers through the full kitchen or bathroom selection process.
• Assist with purchases and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with trade partners to build relationships and cross-sell.
• Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and inspiring.

Full training will be provided by a showroom specialist.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the showroom-supporting customers from their first visit through to final purchase, providing product insight, and ensuring they leave confident and satisfied with their choices.

• Experience in kitchen or bathroom design is a bonus, but not essential-full training is offered
