Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from first discussion in our showroom through to installation, creating spaces that enhance homes. You will understand client needs, offer design advice, and use planning tools to realise ideas, delivering a full customer experience.

You’ll manage design projects end-to-end, maintain showroom standards and build strong customer relationships while driving sales through consultative guidance and product knowledge.

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtual, or at customers' homes with care.
• Turn prospects into customers by finding best space and budget solutions; generate showroom leads.
• Create inspiring designs using design tools; present and refine ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organised, proactive and keep customers updated with clear progress.
• Comply with company policies and regulations including GDPR and health & safety.
