Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to help customers create spaces they can be proud of. You’ll manage the journey from first showroom conversation to home visit, turning enquiries into sales with expert guidance and 3D Cloud design tools.

Qualifications

• Sales experience to understand customer needs and close deals.
• Motivated by targets and commission while helping customers.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Willing to learn products and design tools.
• Calm, confident handling questions and challenges.
• Organised and proactive, following up and owning details.
• Industry savvy and aware of local market trends.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into purchases and meeting targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with prospects.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, online and at home.
• Create inspiring kitchen and bathroom designs using 3D Cloud tools.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across channels with great service.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay compliant with company policies including GDPR and health & safety.
