Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Bath is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a term-time role at our private school locations. You will join a fast-paced kitchen, work with fresh seasonal ingredients, and support chefs with prep and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant.
• Excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus.
• Be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing food and a great service.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Great team player
• Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep.
