Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking friendly Kitchen Assistants to support our in-store restaurants, delivering meals to a high standard while upholding hygiene and safety standards. You will prep and present food, assist the kitchen team and ensure orders are accurate and served on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification.
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure meals are presented on time.
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies, and health and safety.
