Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support our restaurants. You will prepare and present food to menu specifications, help with general kitchen duties, and work with the team to ensure meals are served on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in food service.
• Able to flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification.
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties.
• Working alongside the kitchen team to ensure your customers are presented with their meal to a high standard and on time.
• Developing your knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies and health & safety.
