Qualifications

• Experience of working in food service.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen health, safety and hygiene is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification.
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure meals are served on time and to a high standard.
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies and health & safety.
