Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support our Restaurants, delivering tasty food while upholding hygiene and high operational standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared and presented to specification and served on time.

You will develop knowledge of dietary requirements and health & safety, with opportunities to learn new skills in a busy, customer-focused environment within our garden centre network.

• Experience in food service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with the menu specification.
• Supporting general kitchen duties and working proactively.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure meals are presented to a high standard and on time.
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies and health and safety practices.
