Job summary

Worsley Lodge, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support high-quality meal delivery in a clean, safe kitchen. The role is based in Manchester with a 38-hour week and pay ranging from £13.45 to £13.95 per hour.

The position includes paid DBS, pension, uniform provision and 5.6 weeks of annual leave on a full-time contract, with opportunities to develop and progress within a supportive team and organisation.

Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview

As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.

You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.

This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.
