Job summary

Springvale Care Home in Lennoxtown is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support high-quality meals in a clean, well-organised kitchen. Working alongside the Chef and team, you will help with food preparation, deliveries, storage and stock organisation to keep the kitchen running safely.

This full-time role offers a consistent daily routine, paid PVG, pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks annual leave, with days shifts and 40-hour weeks, within our luxury care home serving 96 residents.

Our luxury care home based in Lennoxtown, delivering the highest levels of Residential, Dementia, Respite & Nursing care for 96-residents.

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.

You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.

This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.
