Qualifications

• We are seeking a care home manager with leadership experience and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Willingness to study for required management qualifications or hold current Level 4/5 credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the care home team to ensure high standards of care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
