- Proven care home management experience with strong leadership.
- Qualified with RM Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care at level 4/5.
- Ability to supervise risk assessments and ensure safeguarding.
- Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and mentor the care home team to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
- Monitor safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and high-quality resident experience.
