Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a Care Home Manager who will lead a care home delivering dementia, residential and specialist care. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centred care, team leadership, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the home.

You willdevelop and oversee individualised care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of kindness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to study for management qualifications if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the care home team to ensure high standards of care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety, policies and legislation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing.
