Job summary

HC-One Limited is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a Dementia, Residential and Specialist care home. You will oversee resident wellbeing, develop care plans and drive continuous improvement with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance and promote dignity and independence for Residents while upholding HC-One's values. Training in safeguarding and leadership is emphasised.

Qualifications

• We seek a care home experienced manager with strong leadership skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and risk assessments is essential.
• Willingness to study for managerial qualifications (Level 4/5) if not held already.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the care team to ensure smooth home operation.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for Residents.
• Monitor safety, standards and compliance with policies and legislation.
