Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care settings. You’ll support the Home Manager with fundraising and drive social engagement with a kind and patient approach.

We value initiative, planning, and IT savvy, with safeguarding training and the ability to work well with colleagues across teams to provide compassionate care and meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Background with vulnerable individuals is essential.
• Safeguarding awareness and training are expected.
• Good planning, time management and IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Help Residents socialise more and participate in activities.
• Collaborate with care home team to run programmes and ideas.
