Job summary

NEOM Wellbeing on Regent Street in London is seeking a key holder with a passion for customer service to join our team for 28 hours a week.

You will deliver exceptional customer experience, support sales, maintain store standards, and share wellbeing tips with customers. Experience in health/beauty and ability to work weekdays and weekends is preferred; late nights may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in health/beauty is desirable.
• Self-motivated with impeccable store standards.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Natural interest in health and wellbeing to share tips with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in-store.
• Drive forward sales and company objectives.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet and people.
• Maintain company standards and housekeeping.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
• Be a confident communicator and team player.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Use Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and tasks.

We are looking for akey holder who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub On Regent Streetfor 28 hours a week

We are on the hunt for someone who pride themselves on offering an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. Ideally with a passion for the health or beauty industry!

We are looking for team members work well in a team environment, thrive underpressureand react to change in a positive, yet professional manner. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may berequired.

You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

• Previousretail experience (within a health/beauty environment is desirable)
