Job summary

NEOM Wellbeing on Regent Street seeks a friendly, energetic Customer Service Assistant for 21 hours per week to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You should be passionate about health and wellbeing and comfortable sharing tips with customers.

Role requires availability on weekdays and weekends, with potential late shifts. Expect a welcoming team, staff discounts, product allowances, and a culture that values wellbeing and inclusivity.

We are looking for akey holder who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub On Regent Streetfor 21 hours a week

We are on the hunt for someone who pride themselves on offering an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. Ideally with a passion for the health or beauty industry!

We are looking for team members work well in a team environment, thrive underpressureand react to change in a positive, yet professional manner. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may berequired.

You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
• A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
• Previousretail experience (within a health/beauty environment is desirable)
• Self motivatorand be able tomaintainimpeccable standards in store
• Deep affinity of NEOM Wellbeing and its values with a keen interest in wellbeing
• Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty,kindnessand respect
• Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Capable in Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
