Monarch Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rubery, Birmingham, seeking an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to take full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering engaging lessons, driving pupil progress, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential for this KS2 teaching role.
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Full class teacher responsibilities within Upper KS2.
• Planning, preparation, and assessment in line with the National Curriculum.
• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
