Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting for an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher in Rubery, Birmingham, for a full-time, long-term position. You will manage a KS2 class, plan and assess under the National Curriculum, and deliver engaging lessons to drive pupil progress.

The role demands QTS, recent KS2 classroom experience (preferably Upper KS2), and a commitment to raising attainment while creating an inclusive learning environment. ECTs are not being considered for this post.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Please note: The school is not considering Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
