About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
Start Date: 4th September 2025
Salary: £24,294 - £25,979 per annum

The Governing Board seeks to appoint a dedicated and hardworking Teaching Assistant for our KS2 department, starting on Thursday 4th September 2025.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, passionate and motivated about children's learning, and committed to the school's positive ethos.

You will have:

  • Evidence of good or outstanding practice in Key Stage 2
  • Knowledge and experience working with the National Curriculum
  • A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents, and colleagues
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to nurturing success in every child
  • The initiative to improve the quality of provision
  • Excellent time management, organization, and ICT skills to support your role and effectiveness
