Job description

Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in South Manchester. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, assisting with classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include helping with lesson preparation, supporting individual and group activities, and promoting student engagement.

This role will start in January 2025, until the end of the academic year on a full-time basis. Contract: January 2025 - End of Academic Year

Key Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Recent experience in a primary school setting (within the last year)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development

To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one. Additionally, you will need to provide the last two years of references.
