Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a supportive and inclusive primary school environment? Empowering Learning is currently recruiting for experienced Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in Ashton. As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you will work closely with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those with behavioural needs, providing essential support to help them overcome challenges and thrive in their learning. • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of educational principles

• Recent experience working within the UK primary education system, specifically supporting students with SEND and behavioural challenges

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with both students and staff
