Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the M19 area. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, assisting with classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include helping with lesson preparation, supporting individual and group activities, and promoting student engagement.

This role is a full-time permanent position with hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience with SEN children, specifically autism
  • Recent experience in a primary school setting (within the last year)
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development

To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one. Additionally, you will need to provide the last two years of references.
