First For Education is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a primary school in Malvern Wells, delivering engaging lessons across KS1. This part-time role offers a supportive, nurturing environment and a chance to contribute to pupil progress.

The successful candidate will hold QTS, have UK primary experience, and benefit from flexible hours, weekly PAYE, and access to CPD through our consultant-supported placements.

Key Stage 1Teacher

First For Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kay Stage 1 Teacher to join a support at a primary school in Malvern Wells, teaching pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1)

This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching in a small, welcoming and nurturing environment.

Primary Teacher role requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Teacher will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
